Quick Soy Biscuits
Serves: 6-8 biscuits, 1 biscuit per
serving
Ingredients:
Dry:
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 scoops GeniSoy® Ultra-XT
Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp. non-aluminum baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Liquid:
- 3/4 cup soymilk or soy yogurt
- 1/4 cup canola or soy oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400° F
2. Mix the dry ingredients together in a
bowl
3. Mix the soymilk or soy yogurt and oil
in a cup
4. Pour into the dry ingredients
5. Mix together with as few strokes as
possible.
6. Roll out on a floured board, and cut
into biscuits, or drop onto a baking sheet by spoonfuls
7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until
browned
