Breakfast
Whole Grain Pancakes
Serves: 8 4-inch pancakes, 1 pancake per
serving
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup unbleached flour
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 2 scoops GeniSoy® Ultra-XT Protein
Powder, GeniSoy® Ultra-XT Vanilla Shake
- 2 tsp. non-aluminum baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/3 cups soymilk or water
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
Instructions:
- Mix the ingredients together
- Pour in the soymilk or water and oil,
and stir just until moistened
- Spoon onto a hot griddle, and spread
slightly with the spoon if necessary
- Cook on both sides until browned
