Tofu Burgers Spaghetti Balls Tofu
Loaf
Serves: 6 to 8 burgers, 18 balls, or 1
loaf. Nutritional information based on 1 burger per serving
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. tofu, mashed or crumbled
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 scoop GeniSoy® Ultra-XT Protein
Powder (1/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning, or 1/2 tsp.
sage plus 1/2 tsp. thyme
Instructions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
2. For burgers shape into 8 burgers and
brown in 2 Tbsp. oil
3. For spaghetti balls, shape into 20
balls and brown in 1/2 cup oil
4. For tofu loaf, preheat oven to 350°
F
5. Press the mix into an oiled loaf pan
6. Top with 1/4 cup ketchup
7. Bake for about 30 minutes
8. Let it cool for about 10 minutes
before slicing
9. This makes good sandwiches cold or
refried
