Delicious Soy Enriched Hot Chocolate

In this hectic world, there are days
when your children (or you) will not have time to eat a full
breakfast- or even anything at all. But there's always time to
drink something, especially if you bring a thermos with you.
And this particular hot chocolate is fortified with a big hit
of soy protein, so it will be more of a 'meal' than a regular
cup of cocoa.
Serves: 1
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Health Source® Soy Protein
Shake Powder Chocolate
- 1 cup low fat milk (possibly a little
more)
- 2 tsp. sweetened cocoa powder
Instructions:
1. Scoop the Health Source® Soy Protein
Shake Powder into a small saucepan. Stir in the milk and cocoa
powder.
2. Place over medium heat , and heat to
desired temperature.
3. Serve hot. If it is too hot, add a
little extra milk just before serving.
