Fruit Smoothie
Serves: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped fresh peaches
- 1 cup soy yogurt
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop GeniSoy® Ultra-XT Protein
Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Sweetener, to taste
Instructions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a
blender
2. Process until smooth
