Strawberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie

Serves: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup of low-fat strawberry yogurt (optional)
  • 6 oz. Water
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1 scoop Simply SoyTM Soy Protein Shake, Strawberry Swirl

Instructions:

1. Blend above ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
