Strawberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie
Serves: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup of low-fat strawberry yogurt
(optional)
- 6 oz. Water
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1 scoop Simply SoyTM Soy Protein
Shake, Strawberry Swirl
Instructions:
1. Blend above ingredients in blender or
food processor until smooth and creamy.
